Privacy Policy

CosmoCircle helps cosmetology, nail and esthetics students and professionals track school hours, services, clients and money, and publish a bio link page. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, or your name, email and profile photo from Google if you sign in with Google.
- What you enter: school hours, services, client notes, income and expenses, habits, and your bio page content and photos.
- Basic technical data: information needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure.
How we use it
Only to run CosmoCircle for you: saving your records, showing your bio page, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
What is public
Only your bio page, and only when you turn on "Show my page publicly." That page shows what you choose to add plus training totals (hours, services, clients) if you leave stats on. Your client details, notes and money are never public.
Your clients' information
Client names, phone numbers and notes you save are private to your account. Please only save what you need and have permission to keep.
Google sign-in
If you use Google to sign in, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google, and use them only to create and identify your account. CosmoCircle's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, in the United States, protected by access rules so each account can only read its own private records.
Your choices
You can edit or export your records any time in Settings, and delete your account and all of its data from Settings, Delete my account.
